For those that WANT that really quick wifi logon.

Noticed that my wives toshiba laptop's wifi authentification was quicker than mine so i had a dig around and found this in-built prog.

 

tried it and it worked saved a couple of seconds YEAH.

 

goto Toshiba(UK or whatever area), select any model, with your specs,

32bit W7 or whatever

download the configfree drivers.

NOTE it will say for Toshiba computers only,

(easy fix HEHE, if your happy to change the registry entries)

open regedit>

Hkey localMachine>software>toshiba>configfree>instcheck(double click)

and input the name of your computer maker, (dell Hp etc)

its a free format field so no worries.

 

Tends to work after after 2nd reboot

also seems to improve signal strength reception and stabalises link download speeds(not guarenteed but worth a shot)

This looks to be a nice tweak. I'm just not sure since you will have to edit the registry entries. But has anyone tried this out yet?
