Protected Folder with Dropbox

Recommended Posts

Hi Veryghoster,

Welcome to our forum.:-D

Could you please describe the issue more clearly? Do you mean the folders disappear from your Dropbox or Protected Folder or something else?

Looking forward to hear from you. :-D

I mean when I right click on a folder named "A" in the dropbox and choose "Lock by Protected Folder" and then lock that, folder named "A" in a dropbox disappeared.

Protect Folder encrypt files and when you chose ''Lock by Protect Folder'' file disappear, all files that are protected by Protect Folder are stored in Protect Folder vault and are invisible( not see in location where was before encryption), after unlock files will appear where they have been before the lock.

Hi guys,

Actually you have 7 choices for Files/Folders to be protect by Protected Folder program.

Hide, Deny Read and Deny Write or any combination of which you can choose in options .

If you choose a preference as ON in the Options, the status of that option will be seen with green name on the GUI, otherwise (when non of them is chosen as ON), you will see that the Files/Folders are Unprotected.

Please see the attached image.

Cheers.
