The Turkish non-unicode characters shown in the original Turkish language file are changed and garbled in the setup file.

Enjoy it!

Unicode-Olmayan karakterler için Düzeltilmiş (Akıllı Birleştirici) SD 1.1.0.2 Türkçe Dil Dosyası.

Herkese Merhaba,

Lütfen ekte Smart Defrag (Akıllı Birleştirici) 1.1.0.2 için Türkçe dil dosyasını bulun.

Hi Krissy,

If you download and put that attached file in post #1, into the Language folder in the main folder of Smart Defrag, and choose the Türkçe1102 option in the language dropdown menu and Apply, Smart Defrag will be all in Turkish, and all the non-Unicode letters will be shown correctly.

All this is valid if you perform the below procedure:

start=>settings=>Control Panel=>Regional and Language Options=>Advanced tab=>Language for non-Unicode programs=>Select Turkish from "Select a language to match the language version of the non-Unicode programs you want to use: dropdown menu=>click Apply=>OK=>RESTART PC.

Somehow, some of the non-Unicode letters are not shown correctly in the original Turkish language file which is embedded to the DefragSetup.exe file in the recent releases.

Turkish non-Unicode letters which are not shown correctly and corresponding (Western EUropean)ISO characters in Turkish language file embedded in setup of Smart Defrag:

Turkish letter .........Corresponding (Western European)ISO character

___________..........________________________________________

......ı .............=>...................... ........ý

......İ.............=>..................... .........Ý

......ş ............=>..................... .........þ

......Ş ............=>..................... .........Þ

......ğ ............=> .................... .........ð

I hope this is clear now.

Cheers.

Selamlar,

- Türkçe dil dosyasında bulunan tüm harf hatalarını düzelttim

- Yabancı dilden türkçemize sokulmaya çalışılan kelimeleri (varsa) türkçesi ile değiştirdim.

- Değişiklikleri yaparken görsel düzeni göz önünde bulundurdum

Umarım beğenirsiniz.

Hi drmxmyt,

Please download the Turkish Language file Turkish.lng from post#9.

Put it in the Language folder of Smart Defrag, it will be corrected.

The problem comes from Non-Unicode Turkish characters when other than Default_font is used in the resources of exe file.

Cheers.

Great enoskype :-)

Could you please try to send me the language file where you have the faults.

I want to see if I see them here too.

The one currently in my folder (1.3) does not show it here??

Cheers

solbjerg

This is the result I get if I try my numbers in notepad:

ç=0231 ç

ş=0351 _

ğ=0287

ü=0252 ü

ö=0246 ö

If I try them in Word they all show correctly

Hi enoskype

Got it! So you can delete the attached file.

Cannot see the ğ=0287 anywhere in the file

but I do not see any Chinese characters.

I haven't yet figured out why they would not react to my Alt+number command in Notepad - that is - some of them.

If I try ğ=0287 I get nothing not even a movement of the cursor?

It is as if that particular command does not exist in Notepad.

What font are you using and what code?

Cheers

solbjerg

OK solbjerg, find it attached as solbjerg.lng :lol:

Hi again

If I write g and then Alt+0774 in Word I get ğ but here I get g or with just 774 I get g♠

Rather curious don't you think?

But it does work in WordPad like it does in Word.

Perhaps if you used WordPad or Word or Excel for the translation and copied the result into the .lng file it would work without errors??

Cheers

Hi solbjerg,

All the language files I always use the same and works in all the other IObit software, so I don't think it will work, but I will try.

Thanks for the suggestion, but my guess is, the change is taking place when IObit's SD dept. copy the file, it is like the one I have sent you, and they use that file.

The other possibility is, the fonts defined in the exe file are not default fonts. EDIT: It is not a possibility in this case.

Anyway, I will let you know the result.

Cheers.

Hi enoskype

Was the character ğ in the file you sent? Because I didn't see it, I could not find any character errors with my very limited knowledge.

I think I saw the rest of the special characters in the sent file.

Cheers
