I was unable to run boot defrag before

I turned off turbo boost

I entered msconfig and turned everything back on

I restarted computer and boot defrag worked properly

Not sure of which program or file stopped the boot defrag and keyboard from starting but this is a definite fix for those having that issue.

I manually went in after and redid turbo boost for my games.

Hope this works for others :-)
