Drive c: (Windows drive) can't get defragged as it isn't..

Windows drive can't get defragged as it isn't assumed as a drive by IObit smart defrag, but a SSD instead. So the option say 'Trim' instead of 'Smart Defrag'. How things come to be like this confusing ?? Please help me...! Many gratitude in advance.

Please hover over the disk image and click on the up-down arrows to change the disk to HDD or SSD.

Have look at the attached image.
