  1. In an effort to take the IObit forums into a new area of help over the last week we have discussed, then created, and now opened the new Spyware-Malware Removal Help! forum as a separate area dedicated to virus, spyware, rootkit and all other forms of malware removal. This section will be for users who need help in removing stubborn malware that either their antivirus or an IObit product can not do alone. This new forum will allow for different sections of the IObit Security forums for general security topics and specialized malware removal. We hope that all members will understand that this will be a closed forum where only the topic starter and members with the Malware Fighter title can post. This will allow for more specialized help and will ensure that there is less confusion. Multiple people posting to a complicated fix can add a lot of unnecessary confusion. If you would like to join the team and become a Malware Fighter please refer to this topic. Would you like to learn to fight malware? If you have any questions or suggestions please post in this topic. Thank you.

  5. Are you serious about becoming a Malware Fighter at the IObit.Com Forums? Below is a list of free classrooms that you can apply to for learning how to diagnose malware, read logs and use the specialized tools we need to properly help people online. Online schools/academies: These are in no particular order and there are other good schools out there that you can join. GeekPolice Academy Geek University (GeekU) BleepingComputer's Study Hall SpywareInfo Bootcamp Tech Support Forum Academy What the Tech ClassroomRemember this is not a quick process. It involves a lot of reading and research. It takes time patience and most of all dedication. Although you do need to stay active in learning it is mostly self paced and there is no race to advance. Enrolling and attending one of these online schools is completely free and the only real way to learn about the tools we use. We welcome new helpers but malware has grown to be big business and become so complex that normal antivirus and antispyware tools, in many cases, are not enough. Good knowledge of basic Windows troubleshooting and repair is a good start but not necessary. You must also be able to take criticism! If there are any questions about any of these schools feel free to ask here. Anyone interested in joining the IObit Malware Fighters must have a good amount of experience and submit references to evilfantasy or enoskype in a PM for further approval. If you already have experience in malware removal feel free to send a PM saying you would like help. Be prepared with the following information: Forum(s) you activiely assist/train at. Username(s) used on the forum(s). What level of training you're at if not graduated. The name (screen name) of a trainer who will vouch for you.Good luck and we look forward to having you join our team.
