Hello, thank you for the new beta version. In general, it works fine (Win 10 64 bit Home) as we are accustomed with last ASC versions. The interfaces look well organized and very clear. Very interesting version. I would like to mention some points that I would like to be improved, taking into account that in the settings I selected all user accounts to be considered to clean items: 1- Ignore List / Browser Cookies: It was improved compared with previous ASC versions because now a cookie list appears in "Cookies to delete". The problem is that the number of that cookies seems to be incomplete. I checked this with CCleaner and this shows approx. 500 cookies to delete for browsers of all user accounts. But ASC only shows about 50 cookies. On the other hand, here we don´t know if Cookies to delete in ASC correspond to all browser of all users of the OS or not. 2- In Care / Manual mode / Shortcut Fix, the searching only detects the shortcuts of the current user account (Admin), not for the other user account (standard). 3- In Toolbox / Shortcut Fixer it appears several valid shortcuts as invalid. The issue is in the target, here it appears the wrong user name. For example, the PC has two user accounts: user A (Admin) and B (standard). One example of the issue is for the file abc.ink; the target appears as D:\Users\A\Desktop\abc.ink, as invalid but this is non-existent being the real way D:\Users\B\Desktop\abc.ink and this is valid. 4- In Speed Up / Startup optimizer the showed items seem to be for the current user, not for all user accounts. 5- In Toolbox / Disk cleaner / Configure settings, the items to be ignored are considered only for the current user. It would be good if the list can include the users of all accounts. Thank you very much.

Hello, With respect to the use of most tools of this ASC 15 RC, until now I didn´t find any issues (except for the cookies as I posted before). On the other hand I would like to say some things about the software, related with the standard user accounts in the same PC. The cleaning capabilities of all user accounts for Privacy Sweep and Junk File Clean was a grate improvement. But there are other modules or tools where it seems to be they don´t work for all user accounts. One example is for Startup Optimizer: here the user can´t manage the items for each user, it can do only for the current user (admin). Perhaps the the biggest drawback occurs within a standard user account, where ASC doesn´t work after the session start. Then, Automatic Services (AutoCare, AutoClean, Auto RAM) don´t work. So non-admin users cannot take advantage of important ASC functions. This is an important limitation for my case. My question is: Is in your plans to achieve a development of the software such as it would be fully able to be use for all user accounts from the admin account? Would it be possible that the Automatic Services can be active in standard user accounts? Thanks

Hello, I supposed that this RC version (or beta version in the next time) can be tested fully in its tools but I see I need to buy a license to use the Pro tools. I think it doesn´t make sense because they are inside of a testing version. How will I be able to test this RC version if I can use only a part of its tools? Could I get at least a limited license to thoroughly test the program? Thanks

Hello, This is a recurring problem of all versions of ASC. I have reported the same issue since version 13 and now with this version 15 it seems to be the same: In Settings / Ignore list / Browser Cookies / 'Cookies to Delete': ASC can´t detect the cookies present in the browsers to be able to make the selection to ignore. Please, see the attached image where ASC is compared with CCleaner to understand the issue better. I have the last version of Microsoft Edge Chromium browser, on Windows 10 Home 10.0.19043.

Hi, I´m trying AMC (free trial 10 days) and I would like to know why I can´t see the antivirus database detail such as it appears in the user manual (https://www.iobit.com/product-manuals/amc-help/#Antivirus). Here at the end, we have the item "Check for database updates" but im my case with the last AMC version 5.12.1 that option doesn´t appear; it appears only "Fast Scan" and "Deep Scan". So, how does AMC manage the last virus definitions (via syncronizing every time I run the antiviurs?) and how can I check if when I run a antivirus scanner the virus database is the last? My other question is how can I check if the "Install Protection" function works fine because I installed an application from Google Play but I couldn´t see any pop window or something like that from AMC that indicates the application is safe or not. Hello Cicely, thank you for your comment. I followed your steps in point 1 but the issue persists. Whit respect to point 2, I have the Browser Antitracker disable. Anyway, I checked the respective items and I didn´t install the Edge extensión: Without changes in the cookie Ignore list panel.

Clarification/Update: In Settings / Ignore list / Browser Cookies / 'Cookies to Delete' there are very few cookies aparently because ASC isn´t detecting cookies from Microsoft Edge which is the only browser that I have (I compared it with CCleaner and this does detects a very large cookie list). I tried this ASC 13 in another computer with the Chrome browser and efectively the cookie list in the ´Cookies to Delete´ is very extensive. So, maybe ASC 13 isn´t working properly to detect and delete cookies from Microsoft Edge.

Hi, Another thing that I found as an inconvenient is that the user can´t add or delete cookies in Settings / Ignore list / Browser Cookies / 'Cookies to Delete' or 'Cookies to Keep'. And I saw that the field 'Cookies to Delete' isn´t showing all the real cookies that are in all the browsers of the computer (of all user accounts); it seems to be they are some predefined cookies but not all the current cookies in the computer. I consider that the cookie edition in this cookie Ignore List is a key point to control the keep or deleting of cookies in the computer during the cleaning work of ASC.

Hello, I found this ASC beta 13 containing a new improvement: supports cleaning data for all user accounts. I´m very interested in this kind of feature in softwares for cleaning so I downloaded it and I´m trying it. I´d like to say that it is a very very interesting cleaner and it has numerous advanced settings. However, I found some things that I´d like to share and I guess they could be improved: Disk Cleaner (Toolbox): In "Configure Settings" only Directories of the current user appear to be excluded. It should be present the directories of the rest of user accounts (I thought that the feature of support for cleaning data for all user acounts was for all tools and features of ASC). Shortcut Fixer (Toolbox): Here we can´t exclude found items from the list after the scanning.It should there a way to exclude and ignore items. Shortcut Fix (main UI) does permit to ignore an item. And it would be useful to know why both tools find very different number of ítems; Shortcut Fix (main UI) finds much less items. Regards

Hi, It would be great a SD4 with more development in the VSS (Volume Shadow Copy Service) algorithms for preventing the deleting of restore points, as Auslogics Disk Defrag, Diskeeper and Perfectdisk do it. SD3 eliminates the restore points, for example using Prioritize mode. Thanks.
