Worked on 3rd attempt. so please ignore

2. I did read the repetitive posts/comments/responses; none of which gave an answer, other than the original . Download page will not open in SafeMode. Instructions are in the incorrect order. Download the tool Reboot in safe Mode Run tool Trying now to locate the downloaded tool.
3. The question was how to uninstall ProtectedFplder. (Note the ticked item in the screenshot) Will IObit Uninstaller not accomplish this? or just with password?
4. Use IObit Uninstaller. This is the easiest way to uninstall almost anything. I'm not sure if you need the password to accomplish this. I have no idea if your files will be deleted; I'm glad that it doesn't matter. Perhaps my reply will help the moderators comprehend your question, so as to provide a more accurate response.
5. Also using (occasionally) Defraggler and Auslogics. . It takes all 3 and the ASC disk optimizer to keep fragmentation below 9.9%
6. Hey @Cicely Set boottime defrag for every 2 days. Also ran Auslogics defrag and Defraggler. Getting a better SDS report now.
7. Suggestion. In details view, enable to click on a file and add it to BootTime Defrag>Specify Files.
8. Similar Results
9. May not tell me anything. However, this could possibly be a shortcut to delete the file. This particular log file has a tendency to become massive and sometimes will not defragment. SystemExplorer constantly writes to its log file.
10. I downloaded SD5Pro from FileHippo. I hope this is an official version.
11. Hey @ektorbarajas I have both SD4 & SD5 on my W10 machine and on an old XP machine. I do not know if this causes an issue (need input from moderators). This may not work for you (need input from moderators). SD5 installer requires SD4 (or other older versions) to be uninstalled. However, if you still have (and can locate) the original SD4 setup file, it probably can be reinstalled after installing SD5.
