Hey, Scannan, Read his intro paragraph again. He said he purchased the Pro licens online and then, "I was taken to a website that said, to activate the license, I have to call this number. I called the number and the staff person said that he had to get access to my computer in order to activate the license." That looks like IObit's license server was hit by a drive-by drop, that was maybe removed an hour or two later, before IObit's security scanner would go active, so it wasn't there when the (daily?) scan was run. "To err is human, ..." but to refuse to recognize a possibility of an issue is not divine.
