  1. May I ask the the software that you are currently using on chat clients and also the webcam file, try to create an exception using the screenshot below if will work. Please provide us some specification of your system, are you using chat clients via browser or via app? Kind regards.

First of all can you please try to run the application as an Administrator and To double check if the files are on the IObit Protected Folder please go to this link C:\Program Files\IObit\Protected Folder and select ProtectedFolder.exe and let me now if you will see the subfolders on the folder list. And also please perform a clean installation of the product and make sure there are any leftovers.   7. Hi DnynamicXYZ, Have you tried repairing/ resetting the app? Try these steps: Step 1: Open Settings app. Navigate to System > Apps & features. If you are running Windows 10 Creators Update, please navigate to Apps > Apps & features instead. Step 2: Look for the entry of the app that you want to repair by resetting it. Click on the app to see Advanced options link. Click Advanced options link to open Storage usage and app reset page. Step 3: Here, click the Reset button. When you see the confirmation dialog with “This will permanently delete the app’s data on this device, including your preferences and sign-in details” message, please click the Reset button to reset the app. Cheers!
  8. Based from my understanding it looks like that we will need to backup your registry before you perform a full scan on ASC? by the way I hope this issue will not happen again.

  13. Hi BestRip, You can try these things to disable update pop up message. - Go to settings and uncheck the "Check Automatically for Updates" checkbox. - Disable the Smart Defrag Update in Scheduled Tasks for Windows. - Run msconfig in the command prompt, then start up tab and uncheck it. Cheers!
  14. The problem is that if you want to use a file recovery on a smartphone.. If you are an android user you must root the device first but I am not sure about iphone because I am not an iphone user.
