[Create fantastic skins for ASC V5 (Updated for ASC 5.1 - Jan. 10, 2012)]

• skin tool opens skin folder every time you build, don't open any, maybe ad a button that optionally does it
  
• all text color settings should be in collor_setting.ini, some main ones and the "menu-box" in classic toolbox have to be overriden in asc.htm with css
  
• In care sections, the scan/repair button right side stays highlighted after a hover, it should go back to normal. It actually starts going to the normal bitmap on-hover after this happens
  
• when a scan is stopped scan button stays on hover and eventually goes back, only does it sometimes
  
• settings>skins preview image should be in the rcc
  
• Settings detecting skins not even in the folder anymore but not new ones..

Hey Everyone I Download Some Skins From The Forums Here That Other People Made And I'm Not To Sure How To Change The Skin In Advanced Systemcare 4 Could Someone Help Me On How To Change Them Thanks.

 

You extract them to the UI directory in the install path, and then go into settings>user interface or just click the skin button in the top-right menu and select the one you want.

3.7.3 FREE won't clean 4.68GB Recycle Bin. "Windows Recycle Bin" checked. Win7 x64 native recycle empty did it.

 

I tried a few times, found 4.68GB each time and reported it "fixed". But I scanned again and it found the same. I then went and checked Recycle Bin content to make sure, and wiped it with windows context tool. It was running as Administrator.

Along with my cleaning \program files\&\program files(x86)\ folders according to access time and registry entries suggestion, I also want to suggest cleaning root path of current partition of useless files, like EULA text files and Driver dumps. MS dev tools and most drivers trash it with inactive data..

 

Also better optimization of services based on usage, and core secure stuff like NETBIOS disable.

 

Fixing network monitor would also be nice. I'm on pro 7.2 and while other tools show services doing TCP/UDP activity on WAN binded IP networkmon is blank, until a non svchost process does something..
