I received an email from webmaster@iobit.com, for all IOBIT products, I was redirected to an IOBIT domain page I downloaded a rar file with several files, one of which is called, license manager, with a readme txt for the indications how to assign licenses. I did everything as indicated, a console window was opened executing a malicious code that almost completely stopped the pc, rebooted in safe mode and ran an antivirus that luckily eliminated it, I have no words to describe the shame it gives me to see the decline of one of my favorite programs and companies for more than a decade

Sorry for the late reply.
Please follow the steps below to help us further check the issue.
1. Did Advanced SystemCare disappear every time when you used it to scan?
2. Please try Advanced SystemCare in Safe Mode to check it again. Guide to boot in safe mode: http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm
3. Please download the file ASCFixTool.zip from the link below, then extract it, find the file ASCFixTool.exe and run it, click "Fix error" button to check whether Advanced SystemCare opens normally or not.
If the issue persists, please download the tool again from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe. Then double click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder. Please send the new zipped file to us.
If the issue is solved, please also tell us the result.

Finally and almost unintentionally, you can solve the problem caused by DB (in my test PCs) its different versions, the problem is the massive update of the (all) INTEL drivers (this problem is mentioned in several forums where users comment experiences with massive DB-type upgraders, step by step what I did was, 1st) uninstall with other software (which is not appropriate to mention) all INTEL drivers 2nd) step turn off the computer 3rd) when starting the computer, install so CORRECT, the INTEL controllers, previously saved, from that moment and once all the installations were finished, the OS worked correctly again

It is very easy to understand, the restoration process, only occurs in certain files and registry keys, not in 100% of the affected system, obviously DB, modifies certain non-reversible registry keys, until I suspect that the option of automatic restart It has something to do, but I still don't know

I have never seen a situation where driver updates would cause this issue.
I can only think that maybe the BIOS was also updated which could cause boot issues if the new BIOS is unsuitable.
If this is the case then in may be worth firstly checking the BIOS settings or reverting to the previous working BIOS.
It is a fairly common situation, in this type of automatic updaters (and the bios is not updated with this type of software)

I think you may be having this issue because of a windows update.
Try ctrl/alt/del.... select restart and see if that fixes the issue.

What do you mean when you say..."from the cpu"....do you mean using the power switch.

There are two options to reboot a system, the first one from the sequence, shutdown-restart (it is the one that does not work) and the second one from the cpu, the solution that gave me the support is that it has NO solution, the file scanning system , restore to previous points etc etc all that does not work, above it links me, to a page for solutions for windows 10 when my system is 7

Try a system restore to a time before the drivers were updated.
I did it but it didn't work either, I also replaced the system, default, sam and software files with old files, but unfortunately, it didn't solve the problem, obviously the update program breaks some valuable registry entry

Reboot/Restart Not working,after updating the drivers, restore the previous drivers and the problem continues, any ideas?

Unfortunately, it continues with the usual problems, it does not delete the contents of the recycle bin, there are tools that have to be downloaded separately, which means that the software cannot compete with Kerish for example or Glary, although it is more Cleanliness-oriented, it's a shame that they can't correct errors that have been going on for years.
