You have answered a post which is over a year old. Also you have posted in the News & Updates section, which is incorrect. You should re-post now in a new Topic in the correct/relevant section of the forum. Your post will be removed from here shortly. I have already removed some of your other posts for the same reason(s)
-
I suggest you read the User Manual.

A tread relevant link is allowed, if it assists Users with an issue, but it cannot be a link for a company, as that would be spam. It must be a link to relevant information regarding the issue/solution.

Read the many posts in the Forum, dealing with this and similar issues,

I says to close "any" browser. This is just it's way of saying that "if" there is a browser open, that you should close it.

Uninstaller PRO does not uninstall
Scannan replied to John M. Bohler's topic in Usage of IObit Products
What would be better is if they went through the forums Index, and then posted in the relevant section. We are not here to solve Users issues, when the answers are already there. Also, the reason there is a Forum Index/Homepage, and rules of the Forum, is so that Users can help themselves. Also, if Users do not post in the Relevant section...then it makes it harder for other Users to find relevant post's and Topics. However, with all that said.....please feel free to spend hours here on the forum, directing Users to the correct areas. I have no doubt, you will soon become tired of doing so. -
Uninstaller PRO does not uninstall
Scannan replied to John M. Bohler's topic in Usage of IObit Products
If you require assistance, then the least you should do, is to follow the Forum rules. This is not a Usage of Iobit Products issue. You should re-post now in the relevant product section. Your post will be removed from here shortly. -
Check your ASC settings.!!

How did you delete it. I ask, because it sounds like there are still remnants present. I suggest installing the demo winzip again. Then use Iobit Uninstaller to uninstall it and sleect to remove all remnants. Then do a registry clean with ASC and try installing your old version. I would also disconnect from the net while installing the old version.

That is very good for you,,,but very sad for all the other loyal Iobit users and forum members, who did not get the same personal service from Iobit. More and more, it seems that Iobit do not care about the Forum or it's Users. Especially, as it appears that there is a solution to the issue, which Iobit are not sharing with everyone.

I suggest that you contact Albion Online, and get them to give you a solution....seeing as they initiated the issue.....

What has Driver Booster got to do with the start up time???

I hope that this experience has shown you that it is wise to look up/research a product before using it. In particular, looking at the products Forum(s) before purchase, to see if others have experienced issues with the product. Have a look here....https://forums.iobit.com/topic/23634-problems/#comment-125865

I am afraid, that your understanding of the workings of the program is incorrect, and in the case of an anti-malware program, that can be very dangerous for your system. Whitelist does not work the way you describe. I strongly advise that you read the User Manual for Malware Fighter, (which I hope you now understand should have been done before you used the program). Also I suggest googling whitelist.ignore list/ system restore.

Did you try afghanfrog's solution ??

That is exactly why I gave you the link. So you could see that you are not the only one with the issue. Also, so that you could see that the only thing left to do is to send the requested logs to Iobit. Maybe they sent a solution to the individuals who supplied the logs. Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing....because, Iobit apparently feels that the Rules of the Forum do not apply to them, and they send solutions through Private Message instead of posting them here....where they could help others.

This issue has already been addressed in another post. Have you looked at previous posts, as you are supposed to do before posting,
