Everything is there for you to help yourself. If you are not prepared to put in the effort, then we cannot help you. I quickly looked at the Driver Booster forum sections and immediately found many posts that would help you, so I do not know why you cannot find them.
-
You can find the address there, for where to send your report. Also, be aware, that you could be a long, long time waiting for a reply from Iobit. I am amazed that one of the solutions in the many posts for your issue, in the Driver Booster section of the forum, did not work for you.

Did you read the FAQ's.....(You will see them at the top of this page)

This issue and similar issues have been dealt with in the forum previously. Have you read the many Topics/Posts in the Driver Booster sections, to see if you can find a solution to your issue. You are supposed to do this before you post issues in the forum.

Please do not make vague statements, without clarifying your meaning. Such as explaining what... "stuff"... ASCU is missing that ASC Pro has. Also..."an older version of Bitdefender ( lacks some stuff)".... what "stuff"..??????

I am sorry...but in order to try to assist you, we need more information. Did you ever open the Program since you installed it.

I have never heard of Driver Booster causing issues on a pc, by simply being installed. Usually if something goes wrong, it is after someone actually uses the program.

Do you even know what a Moderator does. ???? Did you even read Forum Usage Guidelines???? Mods cannot remove items from a program....As You Requested in other posts...... Only Iobit can do that....which they have now done....(apparently) -

downloading update for Smart Defrag 8.1.0.159 from Major Geeks
Scannan replied to smart defrag update's topic in Smart Defrag
It must be either your anti-virus/anti-malware programs, killing the files. The fact that you can actually download them from majorgeeks says the site is not being blocked, but the files are being removed once downloaded. The only way to try to track this down, is to temporarily disable your anti-virus/anti-malware programs ( including Windows Security) one at a time and see if you can download from majorgeeks without issue. -

Yep....seems like Avast has decided it will dictate what you should do with YOUR pc. I will attach the file from Majorgeeks, hopefully that will enable you to get it installed. Most likely though, you will either have to whitelist it or temporarily disable Avast until it is installed. iobituninstaller.exe -

You should always download from Majorgeeks site. If Avast still has an issue, then it is a false positive, just kike Smart Defrag. -
Avast keeps identifying the setup file as infected.

You are most welcome. Glad it is sorted. -

Then it is most likely a false positive, as that file is from the Majorgeeks site, and that is a recognised clean site. -

No problem. The other Topic while similar is not the same issue, and your post there would have made it difficult to track. -

I have moved your post to it's own Topic. Please do not hijack other usersTopics. -
I have moved your post, as you posted in the Feedback Topic, and your query is not feedback, but a distinct issue. Please post correctly in future. The licence you received is valid for 3 pc's, so simply download Iobit Uninstaller (from Majorgeeks) or use the original setup file you downloaded, if you have saved it, Then simply use the licence code you received to register the product on the other pc.

Yes, I am sure there are other people who have system setups similar to yours. Did you temporarily disable your anti-virus program (including windows defender) and your anti-malware program, as I suggested in my first post. Also, make sure your firewall is not blocking the download. You should also open windows Controlled Folder Access and ensure that it is not responsible for the block. -

Scannan replied to smart defrag update's topic in Smart Defrag
I just tested it and had no issue....so the issue is on your system. Also, your information is too vague to enable us to help you...... When you say it downloaded from Majorgeeks, but says it failed.... makes no sense. it either downloads or fails....it cannot do both. Do you mean that it Tried to download, but the download failed and did not complete??? -
downloading update for Smart Defrag 8.1.0.159 from Major Geeks
Scannan replied to smart defrag update's topic in Smart Defrag
I just went straight to the majorgeeks site and downloaded no problem.....https://www.majorgeeks.com/mg/getmirror/iobit_smartdefrag,2.html If your AV is quarantining the download from Majorgeeks then you need to whitelist it in your AV or temporsrily disable your AV until it is installed. Majorgeeks is definitely a clean site. -
