  9. In order to assist you, we have to be able to understand what you are referring to. There are lots of functions in ASC. Which one(s) are you referring to. What are disappearing. Are you using Manual Scan or AI Mode.
  10. You must not mess around with Edge. It is not just a browser. It is an integrated part of the Windows OS. If you want to remove things from the Edge Browser, you should do it using the browsers own tools/options.
  11. Why would this be a good thing. How many people have to get the entire Office 365 just to have access to only one or two of the programs, and would never use any of the others, but they would be sitting on the pc using space. Iobit, make it possible to only have the programs you need/want. They have also made it easy. For example, they show all the functions in ASC but do not load all the functions/programs when you install ASC. If at any point a User needs/wants one of these functions they click on it and it gets installed.
  12. The old forum was much better for navigating. However, any User can simply click on Browse/Forums (in the header) and read through the list. It is very obvious which sub-forum is appropriate. Unfortunately, the Users who have issues with this are most likely ones who do not bother to do this but just post in the first sub-forum they come to. Anyway, I have made many suggestions/requests to Iobit regarding including better info in the header and I got nowhere basically.

  16. Spyone1, Thank you for searching the forum regarding your issue, and for attaching your diagnostic, as a result of your search. I hope other Users will follow your example, which results in faster service/assistance from Iobit.
  17. Your issue and similar issues has been dealt with many times already in the Forum. Did you search/read any of the other posts. Also there is a dedicated Topic that deals with solutions to your issue.

I receive them all the time. Don't blame me for the fact that this forum is so unclear as to where to post things. :- Never blamed you for anything. I simply pointed out the Rules.   21. Being "New", you should have looked at the Forum Home Page, which lists all the different sections. You would then know where to post correctly. However, it is much easier to not put in any effort, but to just post anywhere and wait for others to tidy up after you.
  22. While you are waiting for Iobit to analyze your file.... Have you tried using System Restore to restore your pc to a time before you did the update that caused this issue. This solves these issues for most people.
