  1. I have never minded dealing with the public. It is however difficult dealing with moaners who get the bit between their teeth and will stick to their course regardless of whether or not they are helping themselves and others. I have no intention of getting into a discussion with you. Your understanding of the Forum is completely incorrect. Go and read the information regarding the operation of the forum.
  2. You must have a very difficult time, if you consider someone who is trying to help you, and asks for some information, in , order to do so, as Hostile. You must have read my initial reply to the OP, yet still you do exactly the same and supply no information at all. Try going to any other forum or help site, and simply say, "My product does not work, I hope you can address it", and see what reply/assistance you get.
  3. Just like the OP, you have given us absolutely no information which would enable us to help you. We are not mind readers. The fact that when ASC is disable that Google drive operates correctly, shows that it is a setting in one of the ASC functions that is causing the issue. AS, you told us nothing, we do not know what scans you run. What settings you use. If you are using Auto clean/Auto sweep. If Google drive fails just by opening ASC or if it fails after using some function or scan.
  4. But...you see nothing "Lazy" about Users who could not be bothered to read the Forum Guidelines or The General Forums Menu. Also, some posts are moved and not deleted.
  5. Did you do or change anything on your laptop before this issue occurred. Give us as much detail of your issue as you can. Did you try reloading the keyboard driver on your laptop. Have you got a separate keyboard that you can try. Have you tried the on-screen keyboard.
  6. If you require assistance, then you must open your own Topic, and give the necessary information. You should do this now as your post will be removed from here shortly. It is against the rules to hi-jack another Users Topic.
  7. Thank you for taking the time to post this info.

  9. It is a pity that you would make the decision to remove ASC rather than try to fix the issue, allowing you to continue to have the benefits of ASC.
  10. I doubt very much that Iobit will do that, as the file is safe and they have always constructed them this way.
  11. You may have noticed that there is no one else rushing to assist you. Also, this is a "Help" forum. We do not work for Iobit. We are just Users like you, trying to help fellow Users. We are not "The Mind Readers" forum....so telling us that you "First of all, I did all that, didn't work."...after the fact, does not help. If you "had done all that"...how come you initially posted in the wrong section of the forum. Rules are not just "Fine"...they are necessary and important, Otherwise the Forum would quickly become unusable/unworkable. It would have been "kind" of you to tell us that you had already done all that...then you would have got a "kinder" reply.
  12. In order to assist you, we need more information. Saying "Every time I perform maintenance " does not tell us anything helpful. The more information you give, the easier it is to assist you. Exactly what "maintenance" are you performing. Have you checked your settings, or do you just run ASC with it's defaults. Is this only happening with ASC 17 or has it happened with other versions. Have you searched the forum for similar issues/solutions.
  13. Why did you not post this issue in the Advanced Systemcare section??
  14. This issue and similar issues have already been dealt with many times in the Forum. This is a help forum and as such there are rules. Such as....Search the Forum for similar issues/solutions before posting.... Read the Faq's.....Read the User manual (I suggest you do this as the sound issue is specifically dealt with in the Manual)
  15. If you require assistance, then you must post in the correct/relevant section of the Forum. This is not a General forums Item issue. You should re-post now as your post will be removed from here shortly.
  16. thank you for re-posting in the relevant section. I have sent a PM (Private Message) to Cicely at Iobit, asking her to assist you.
  17. SD cards should be Trimmed not defragmented. Smart Defrag has the ability to Trim. However, this will depend on whether your card supports this capability. Also, some cards have built in optimising system. So, you need to google and see your card specs.
  18. We are not mind readers....so there is no way for us to know that you had read the Manual before you posted. However, based on the description of your issue, it was natural to assume that you had not read the Manual, as it clearly shows in the Manual how to.."Ignore Unwanted Updates"......
  19. If your problem is solved, you could at least post the solution/resolution, here, so that other Users may also be able to use it to solve their issue.
  20. There are lots of posts already in the forum regarding this and similar issues. As per the rules, you are supposed to search for posts/solutions and read faq's before posting an issue.
