Failing to activate Antivirus Protection - manually enable it

When you intially installed ASC Ultimate, Windows Defender automatically disabled it's own anti-virus in order to avoid conflicts between the two programs. Now your ASC Ultimate has expired and no longer provides anti-virus protection, so Windows Defender is now telling you that you have no anti-virus protection and is advising you to switch on it's ( defenders) anti-virus protection. Which you should do immediately. There is no mention of Advanced Systemcare because it is not an antivirus program. -

@Cicely In my responce to the OP (Sora), I have already given this exact advice, but there was no response from the OP, as to whether the problem still exists. So, 4months later, Saksham, posts the same advice and get's an acknowledgement from Iobit. Seems, you are still not reading all the post's or following the normal rules of the Forum.

If you downloaded Iobit Uninstaller from a reputable site, then these are false positives from ESET. -

If you do not have an account and you did not buy anything, then you are the victim of a crime/scam, and you should report it to your bank and the police.

How's Advanced System Care Ultimate (by Iobit) as a second scanner?

They are all false positives, due to legal disagreements between Iobit and Malwarebytes. There are lots of posts in the Forum about this. Also, you should never run two Anti-virus programs in real time protection on your pc, as they can create conflicts. One should be used for realtime protection and the other should be manually run once in a while as an extra check. -

Maybe if you actually told us which "Iobit" you downloaded and explained exactly what the issue is,....we may be able to help you.

Did you try the solutions in the post by Cicely. Do you have a restore point on any of the computers for a time before the update issue occurred. Do you have any computers which are not affected by this issue. Did you only update audio drivers, or did you update multiple drivers. If so do you know what other drivers were updated. You are assuming that it is an audio driver issue, but it may be another driver causing the problem.

Your voice is on the microphone and the other peoples voices are on the speaker.....so the record speaker would have to be on. -
To heck with the Topic line. Quite simply Your version of ASC conflicts with your version of Driver update. One says a new driver is needed for laptop and other says no driver update needed for Desktop. Can you explain this when I am running a Desktop.
