  1. Is Cybertron the make of your pc, or is it the make of your network card.
  2. https://advanced-systemcare-free.en.uptodown.com/windows/versions
  3. You do not have to have Auto-renew. It is a choice you make. You can buy the products here......https://www.iobit.com/en/product-manuals.php
  4. If you cannot figure out how to contact the Iobit team, considering all the posts in the Forum regarding same, then I have serious doubts as to your success as a business person.
  5. Actually. I am wrong there........the download from Majorgeeks is a full installer. It does not need an internet connection to install. Maybe try installing ASC with internet disabled.
  6. I downloaded ASC from Majorgeeks site and scanned it. Even malwarebytes said it was fine. Something on your pc is preventing it from contacting the Iobit server, which is required for the installation. So, either an app/security program or Firewall is most likely responsible. Maybe a browser add on....
  7. Maybe you could clarify......... You have posted in the Software Updater section of the forum, but you refer to ASC and Driver Update. So exactly which program have you got an issue with.
  8. Nope...it should not be difficult at all. That said..there is a long history of dispute between Malwarebytes and Iobit. Malwarebytes way of dealing with it, is to block Iobit software. I have had to put all Iobit programs into the Malwarebytes ignore list, and then I had no issues. Have you done this?
  9. Try downloading it from the Majorgeeks site.
  10. Well then, I cannot think of anything else we can try. I suggest that you..... Go to browse at the top of the forum. click on Leaderboard. Click on Cicely (the Iobit Admin) send her a message. Include a link to your post. Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
  11. Well then, you should turn Defender back on. Also you should allow the Software updater installation app (iobit-software-updater-setup.exe) in Controlled Folder Access.
  12. If you go to...C:\Program Files (x86)\IObit\Advanced SystemCare\Update You will see a file named...Toolbox.ini If you double click on that file it will open as a text file in Notepad. If you scroll down through the text you will see the direct link for every program in the Toolbox. Copy the link for the Tool you want and paste it into your browser. This will take you directly to the Download. Save the file in the ASC folder...C:\Program Files (x86)\IObit\Advanced SystemCare Example: http://update.iobit.com/dl/toolbox/asctoolbox2021061614/Suo10_SmartRAM.exe
  13. The Toolbox in ASC works fine. Your pc is stopping the downloads. I have just tested some of the tools and they downloaded without problems. Have you looked in Controlled Folder Access to see if any Iobit products are blocked. Have you checked your firewall Have you looked in your Antivirus/Malware to see if they have quarantined any Iobit files.
  14. Also the "Must Have Tools" menu on this page.....https://www.iobit.com/en/store.php
  15. https://forums.iobit.com/topic/12853-download-link-for-other-tools-in-toolbox/?tab=comments#comment-91378
  16. How are you trying to download the tools?.....are you doing it from ASC toolbox or from the links in the Forum topic...
  17. Temporarily disable your antivirus/antimalware programs (including windows defender) and try again'
  18. You have posted in the wrong section of the Forum.
  19. Did you try running the compatibility troubleshooter?
  20. Thank you very much for at least confirming that there are still people out there who like nothing better than making stupid comments about things they don't understand. Read the posts properly, and you will maybe understand them after a few readings.
  21. It is very difficult to help people who do not even bother to follow the rules. First, you have posted in the Forum Usage Guidelines section of the forum, and completely ignored the..."Read this First"...statement. If you had, then you would have known to post in the ASC section. Also you would have known to read other posts regarding the same issue, to find a solution, and save you a lot of hassle and writing. So, now go and read the many posts dealing with Licencing/purchase issues, and you will quickly see the simple solution. I am also moving your post to the ASC section.
  22. Something on your pc is preventing it from either installing correctly or from running. So check your Anti virus/antimalware, Controlled folder Access.
