  1. Where did you get a Lifetime licence. I have never seen one. Also, your licence should work for any/every version. So just use your licence to make Defrag9 pro.
  2. Logic says that the issue is with Webroot. It has obviously updated it's database, and decided that it now does not like a component of Uninstaller. You would need to whitelist uninstaller or the troublesome component, in Webroot.
  3. Now that you have posted in a relevant section (Usage of Iobit Products), if you look in this same section you will see that there is a dedicated Topic that deals with your issue and similar issues. Also, have you read the FAQ's, which you are supposed to do before posting.

Please explain more clearly what "traces" you are referring to. What do you mean by "stuck". Have you tried fix on a Manual Scan.

  9. I wish there was a simple yes or no answer for you, but pc issues are just not like that. The only way to mitigate this worry when ever changing something on Windows 10/11 machines, is to always have a bootable rescue disc/usb stick available (just in case) I can tell you that I have been cleaning my registry with ASC every week for more than 10 years and I have never had an issue. Also, if you search the Forum you will find very little reference to registry cleaning issues. Just make sure that "Deep Clean" is NOT enabled is the registry clean settings.
  10. I suggest that you read the User Manual, as it explains various ways that you can undo changes made during Registry Clean, if you encounter issues. Also, you can make a backup of the Registry in Windows. Once you understand the above, then you can go ahead and click the Fix button and delete the scanned registry items.

I could have just ignored you, as all the information you required was already available, and as per the rules of the forum- (which you probably also did not bother to read)- you should have looked at the FAQ's and previous post's before posting. Obviously, you are one of those people who feel entitled, and expect others to solve all their problems. Laziness is rarely rewarded.

  18. I am trying to help you to help yourself. Please explain what conflicting information you are getting. I ask this because I am not only certain that the solution(s) have already been provided in the Forum, but I have posted many of them myself. What program is blocking the installation.

  20. This issue and similar has been dealt with many times on the forum. Your anti-virus/antimalware (including windows security) program is falsely blocking it.
  21. I think we have a serious language issue here. What is your native language (since you did not bother to put it in your profile). I am trying to tell you that you do not need to write a batch file, because Driver booster is already capable of doing what you want if you set it up that way. The User Manual will guide you.
  22. The User Manual clearly details that you can Start Driver Booster automatically on system startup. You can set it to update drivers automatically. You can set it to work silently in the background.
