  1. Did you try running the compatibility troubleshooter?
  2. Thank you very much for at least confirming that there are still people out there who like nothing better than making stupid comments about things they don't understand. Read the posts properly, and you will maybe understand them after a few readings.
  3. It is very difficult to help people who do not even bother to follow the rules. First, you have posted in the Forum Usage Guidelines section of the forum, and completely ignored the..."Read this First"...statement. If you had, then you would have known to post in the ASC section. Also you would have known to read other posts regarding the same issue, to find a solution, and save you a lot of hassle and writing. So, now go and read the many posts dealing with Licencing/purchase issues, and you will quickly see the simple solution. I am also moving your post to the ASC section.
  4. Something on your pc is preventing it from either installing correctly or from running. So check your Anti virus/antimalware, Controlled folder Access.
  5. In ASC Settings......Untick..."Load Advanced Systemcare Tray at Windows Startup
  6. Yep....very badly done by Iobit. You tend to find it by accident.
  7. All posts on the forum must be in English (Tous les messages sur le forum doivent être en anglais) If you describe exactly what you are trying to do, and what is happening, we will try to assist you.
  8. Send a Private Message to Cicely, the Iobit team member on the Forum.
  9. Very strange......try downloading it from the Majorgeeks site
  10. If you tell us what the restrictions are we may be able to help. We are not mind readers.
  11. My apology, if I read your intentions incorrectly.... Look here.....https://www.google.com/search?q=GBWhatsApp+for+ios&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b
  12. Spamming is a banning offence. I am quite sure you know that there is no problem using it on iOS.
  13. Most likely your Anti-virus/Antimalware program(s) including Windows Defender and Controlled Folder Access, is blocking some installation component. Try temporarily disabling them and reinstall Software Updater and see if it works.
  14. Firstly...If you require assistance....then post in the correct area of the forum. You posted in Usage of Iobit products....but did not give any info as to what iobit products you use or which are causing problems. We are not mind readers.
  15. I am glad all is ok. As for the stutter issue. This is a recognised windows issue. There are various solutions. Just google it and you will get the solutions for your system. I was glad to help.
  16. Glad to hear you were successful. The credit is entirely yours. When you install Driver Booster, if it finds lot's of drivers needing updates, do not be tempted to allow it to proceed and update them all. Look at the list, and if you decide to update some or all, do so two or three at a time. Then if there are any issues, you will have a better idea which driver update caused it. In fact it is better to update one at a time. I always recommend not updating drivers unless you have a specific driver problem, or the manufacturer strongly recommends a new driver. If it's not broken....don't fix it.
  17. Thank you for such a detailed reply. I fully understand your frustration. I had some advice found regarding fixing your critical error issue, but I see that is now not needed. I am surprised that it is ASC that has caused the problem, as my suspect would have been Driver Booster, which can cause such issues when not used carefully. From what you say, just the mere installation of ASC causes this lock up, without even running any ASC functions. I am sure that you want to get ASC working without issues having paid for it and because it is such a useful program. If so, I suggest that you first make a restore point. Then you ensure that any Anti-virus/antI-Mlware programs (including Windows Defender), are temporarily disabled, before you install ASC. Sometimes these programs prevent certain elements of ASC from installing, which can cause system issues. Before you install ASC open P3D. Ensure it is working. Then install ASC. See if any issues occur. If no issues, then open ASC and check the settings. Ensure that the Deep Clean option in Registry Clean is NOT selected. Ensure all Automated Functions such as Auto Care and Auto Clean and Auto Ram are NOT enabled. Let us know if there are any further issues.
  18. In order to help you, it is important to get clear information and detail. You have posted in the ASC 14 forum and only mentioned ASC 14 in your first post. Now you are mentioning other programs, including Driver Booster. Also, I have just Updated my ASC using the check for updates in the ASC program, and it simply downloaded and installed the new version. It did not take me to any website. However, when I look at the file you uploaded, I see it is a request for a re-install of ASC, not an update. So, as you can see, your information is confusing and it makes it difficult to help. Can you please give a detailed account of exactly what you did..and what happened. Additionally, iof you downloaded and installed Driver Booster, and allowed it to scan your system and allowed it to update all drivers it found, then, that could have caused the issue you describe. Also, please state what the status of your pc is at the moment, and what accesss you have.
  19. I have never heard of anything like this happening before. Where did you download ASC 14 from.
  20. This is the Iobit store address.......https://www.iobit.com/en/store.php
