  4. You cannot be sent a "non-pro" version. You receive a code which you use to activate the version you received, which will make it the Pro version.
  5. If you have other anti-virus/anti-malware running, including windows security, they may be blocking IMF from running. Also, windows Controlled Folder Access may block it accessing parts of your system.

  10. Have you tried the Start-up Optimiser in ASC Toolbox. I recommend that you create a restore point before trying any fixes, so you can revert if anything goes wrong. You can do that in ASC.

  17. There are loads of posts in the forum dealing with similar issues. You are supposed to search the forum before posting. If you had done so, you would have already solved your problem. As I have explained many times in many posts...the Verification code is in the box at the right. It is like a captcha. You just enter that code.
