The log shows you have two anti virus programs, i.e. Avast and AVG, on your system. This is almost always creates problems.

If I had to guess, the D:\ drive contains restore files and others. HP/Compaq and Dell really like to do that.

Said problem occurs when you change the file extension of the current language file to .txt to work on the translation, and do not change it back. Could it be that you did not change it back to .lng?

That's how it is in this case (and many others) in the German language. It is why these two are not translated.
