  1. re: and idea, unknown hardware tool and a software bundleing idea i just thought a nice addition to maybe asc 7 or perhaps "driver booster" a tool to scan for and possibly download drivers for "unknown" devices. i know there are other tools that do this but i was thinking it would be nice to have all the tools i like to use in one place, makes it easier to find them. an example of what i'm thinking is "Unknown Device Identifier" from huntersoft (sorry for name dropping). although i don't know how it would work maybe it'll scan the system and and match all the devices to their divers then report the ones that don't have drivers then possibly check a central server using the devices id number like this one "PCI\VEN_1412&DEV_1724&SUBSYS_24031412&REV_01" (Envy24 Family Audio Controller WDM) then check for and download a driver for it. my second idea was a software bundling thing when people purchase software like for example i like asc, mal-ware fighter, smart defrag and driver booster, so why not a way to pick and choose the different soft-wares i want and buy them all at the same time rather than each piece separately. i don't know about bundle licensing and all maybe send separate keys for each item or something, but it would make it easier to purchase and keep track of renewals entering your order details into 1 page instead of 3, 4, etc.
  2. more suggestions, plain jane theme A plain Jane theme sort like the old Windows XP, no frills thing or maybe a "no skin" option for those folks who want or need a simple UI for low end machines. I've noticed some end users like the more old school look of XP, and some have really low end machines with limited capabilities. a side note:I know some have said people should drop Windows XP and all but i think XP still has a place in today's world, would it hurt to keep support for XP?
  3. add user defined items to the auto-clean. hi, add the ability to add "user defined" items to the auto-clean section of settings some may have folders or file types they wish to have cleaned out regularly for example "C:\Users\*****\AppData\Local\Temp" etc.
