[3 ITop programs installed in background while downloading iobit-software-updater-setup.exe_version 4.2.0.157]

I too, am disappointed with the auto downloads. The iTop programs seem fishy. I just got a notice of Christmas specials on the itop screen copy pro program. It seems as though it was switched to italian. Trying to report security concern to iobit, to verify, but found no option but this forum. I have had different security issues since those programs have been installed. I hope I can get some help, and advice.

[Asc ultimate 13 skin official skin options]

I cannot find any button to change the skin on Ultimate 13. It is set to dark, and cannot hardly see it. Visual problems. Are there any iObit official approved skins accessible from program? Thanks for your help.

[Temp files recently increased to gb's]

Recently my computer has acted funny. First, it locked me out of my main user account and would not accept password. Other strange things. About the same time, when I run the "Clean and Optimize" scan it has started showing a over 7 gb of files. Normally, it shows way less than one. They are mainly the same files over and over again. I'll clean them, but they show up again. Any help would be appreciated. Malware scans show nothing.
