    I spend over half an hour trying to find the login box (even though I had successefully logged in many times before) I eventually found it in the top right. I looked like it was not part of the iobit window. It was in black fairly small type. Please give it a contrasting colour, put it in a box, and embed it in the i/obit window. You might also embed a text link near the "register" link. You might also add an entry in the help box to tell you where to find it.
  2. You rediroect the download of the defragger to a third party site. It has so many ads, it is impossible to find the link to download the defragger. Please bring the link back in house.
  3. I don't recall seeing this before. I think it is new with 12.0. If you run defrag and systemcare simultaneously, defrag acts as if somebody deleted all your files which is quite alarming Please emit an error message giving the real source of the trouble.

  5. Turns out all I had to do was uninstall the RADEON driver, and reboot. The necessary drivers were still installed.
  6. I am using Windows 10 64p bit with Driver Booster 5.4.0.835. It updated my sound drivers today and they have not worked ever since. Just get silence. I tried rollback without success,, My device manager shows AMD High Def, NVIDIA dIrect audio device, Realtek High Def. There is something wrong with your tables to match drivers to devices. Ideally you would fix these tables and let me rerun Driver Booster. The driver it installed was called AMD RADEON, R7 200 series The motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-990FXA- FX-6300 with onboard sound card. What are my options to get it working again?
  7. When I download Defrag 5.8.5 I just get 5.8.0. When I click updates, It says 5.8.0 is the latest.
  8. After several days of working this way, it suddenly started behaving normally.
  9. Driver Booser pro when I start it just shows a small white window with a red icon. It just freezes. Reboot does not help.
  10. I clicked check for updates on SD 5.6. It said there were none. I visited the website and downloaded SD 5.7. After I installed in I was still on 5.6. The version change list did not include 5.7.
  11. The web page says the current version of defrag is 5,4. If I download and install it, it is 5.3
  12. Microsoft is blocking download of driver booster with their screen filter in w8 but not w10.
  13. The UI on deleting large files needs a little work. If you right click X, nothing happens. Either the file should be deleted, or it should get an X. When you are all done and click delete you get a heart stopping prompt something like "Should I delete all the large files?" NO, I don't want you to delete ALL the large files, just the selected ones. The prompt should be reworded to say something like "Should I delete all the selected large files?"
