  1. Actually Firefox and Cometbird are the same browser just different names.
  2. Correct me if Im wrong, but I dont think Evonsoft has anything to do with IObit. Evonsoft just copied Security 360 and put their name on it.
  3. Thats funny and I like Pumpkin Pie.
  4. I think the bug came in on the last database update which was a couple days ago
  5. It does seem like the 360 has encountered some problems. I cant complete a full scan without a bunch of popups saying Im running out of memory. This just started today and has never happened before.
  6. It seems like it dont check for updates when program starts like previous versions. It has to done manually even though the box is checked to do it at startup
  7. Well Avast isn't to bad but cant detect as well as Avira. As for the others I wouldn't bother with them. I can say that I got an email just the other day where Avira got some big award for 100% detection rating. Spybot is ok but I perfer MalwareBytes over it. My main programs I use are Avira Free, MalwareBytes, and SuperAntiSpyware. I have been checking out IObit Security 360 lately and it could take the place of MalwareBytes, thats how good it seems.
  8. I believe it is a Rogue program. I went to download it and Avira stopped me saying its a Trojan, it said this, TR/Fake.RegFix. And if Avira says it I believe it. And of course a person that puts a product out will say its clean to sell it.
  9. As far as I now I have nothing running in my background. The only things that startup are the things that have to in order for the PC to run Avira and this thing called Slawdog. And Slawdog is this thing I found where you can shut your computer down with one click. The reason I have that is when I upgraded from XP Home Ed. to Pro it took out the driver for Standby and I haven't been able to get another.
  10. Just to let you know I have nothing on my ignore list
  11. It seems to be fine now but a strange thing happened while doing it. Although Ive been using the raymond.cc license I deleted the file to the recycle bin. I started a new folder on install and applied the raymond license and it says its expired but still left me with the pro version. I did a scan on my prviuos problem and it worked fine but tried it again and it was screwed up again. So now I deleted the program again and took that file and drugged it to the desktop so I wouldn't get it mixed up with the one in the recycle bin. I restored the folder in the recycle bin with the original license and downloaded AWC and everything is working fine now cause I checked it 5 times. That was just strange what was happening there. As far as I now everything is working the way its suppose to now.
  12. I think I will do a clean install since it does have its own folder inside the IObit folder
  13. I downloaded the new version yesterday but didn't do any scans. Today I decided to scan and I noticed the System Optimization scan is not scanning correctly. It acts like it going to scan but it dont. The flashing arrow is out a place flashing above where it says function. Has anyone else experienced this? I didn't do a clean install cause it shares the same folder with the 360. I thought I would wait for a reply first before delete everything.
  14. I had a problem updating one of my drivers, so I turned the 360 protection off and I was then able to update the driver.
