Generally resources in use by SIP are available when called upon. SIP may (not sure) start the screen-saver and/or shut off display.

The amount of CPU being used should not be an issue unless you need to work on something else at the same time. (System Idle Process actually maintains 100% usage.) Also you could set the priority of (for example) your browser to Above Normal or High.

You may be able to use a task manager like SystemExplorer http://systemexplorer.net/ to set the priority to "Idle" or "Below normal".

A small item that I've noticed. ASC and Win Fix do not agree about updates for Windows Media Player. i.e. ASC disables it and WF enables it.

None here I have been using IoBit items for a little over a year and do not remember ever seeing the popups. Perhaps I overlooked them??

No defrag SSD I would say not. I've read somewhere that defragmenting a SSD shortens its life.
