I believe microsoft fixed the problem updates and re-released them now and if windows update fails you may need the "Update Readiness Tool" from microsoft to repair windows update. Update Readiness Tool Link - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821

Not if they have you get just the installer and than it downloads the programs you click. Would be around 200-300mbs depending on how it was packaged for a full install and it would surely be equal or less than downloading them individually especially since most of them have other software bundled with them .

Hopefully this is considered related It would be awesome if IOBit released an all inclusive installer that bundled all of there software into one installer. :-D More to the point it would be great for those of us who recommend your software or work on computers professionally to just have one unified installer for all iobit software. Than if you don't want a certain program or feature you just do a custom install and uncheck that one thing and you don't have to go to various links to acquire iobits software. I realize some users purchase one program and use the free versions of the rest but this way they could preview the other software available in the process of getting the one they paid for. I would love to see Smart Defrag Pro, ASC Pro(or ultimate give the user the choice), Malware Fighter Pro for example bundled into 1 unified bundle or maybe even offered at a discount for buying license for all products at 1 time. Since ASC is really the only one in the list with 3 versions you would probably be better served releasing separate bundles based on the preferred version of ASC. Even bundled installer for the free versions would be awesome for many people. Just a thought :-D

We should have both options :-D I believe the ABC systems appears much more professional than the smileys. If people still like the smileys they should be able to choose them.

Since I could not delete my old post about the rudeness from Martino I wanted to say thank you to the support staff at iobit.com because they did everything they could for me 110% to make sure I was satisfied with there resolution. I did not want to leave it appearing like iobit didn't rectify the situation. Thank you to all of the support staff once again from iobit you guys are wonderful :)

I only stated that if it is offered with the asc pro it should be included with my subscription to ultimate as well. You guys really need a course in good business ethics because this is not the path to take with a loyal customer!!!!

Smart Defrag 2.8.1 Pro? Why is that IOBit only offers the pro version of SD with a licensed copy of ASC 6 pro and not with ultimate as well. Seeing how ASC is a little bit more expensive license should we not be allowed to get all the benefits of your software. I think this is outrageous since I payed for 6 licenses of ultimate and have referred family and friends to your software. Many of them who have purchased said software. Than when you make a post on facebook and I say its unfair that it is not included with ultimate you like my comment and basically act like it is funny. You guys may think it is comical but I do not.

Failed updates I just wanted to make a comment on here that microsoft had an issue last week with 6 updates that are causing various issues. So if the vulnerability fix does not work it is more likely a result of microsoft issues and not the beta

I just use the io bit uninstaller to take it off and than do it clean when that happens

Sorry about the poor wording What I meant with the lack of the registry defrag was I had manually restarted the computer just after the scan and it did not kick in. My computer is running fine but wanted to let you know something is going on with that part of the scan that shouldn't be.

Broswer History Suggestion I think it would be much better for advanced system care to give you the option of clearing all browser histoy or just clearing something older than a specified time frame... For example have it so you can set it to clear anything older than 1 month old in the history without affecting your current browsing history this way if you have a site you frequently visit it will still be in the history but the duplicate copied of the same page would be deleted. Facebook would be a prime example of why this would be a useful option. With all of there updates sometimes you end up with varying versions of the same site or flash player caches for certain sites (IE Facebook apps). As far as the registry scan goes it does get confusing if you are not computer savvy to know what strings mean what. I think it would be nice if advanced system care would allow you to pull up a full report when the scan has completed the review it in full screen. On some of the HD displays out there it is hard to read some of the text and turning up windows text size causes compatibility problems with games and apps. If you could make a full summary screen after the scan has completed that we could zoom in or out on it would be much easier to read. With the registry sweep it would be nice if you could change the category view into a program by program list so if you want to clear it but have a program you want protected you can easily preserve those settings without having to deal with an entire mismatched list. I happen to be computer savvy but this program is more beneficial to people who are not. I have also noticed that when ASC 7 finds registry fragments and says it needs to restart to complete it doesn't come up. Also sometimes when ASC needs to do a disk scan, registry defrag, and vulnerability updates in 1 scan with windows 8 it triggers the operating systems automatic repair functions is there any way this can be prevented?

Windows 8.1 Just wanted to put a note on here that I have been using advanced system care 7 beta on Windows 8.1 Preview and have not had any problems so far. I do not know if results will vary according to system configurations but with my specific system it is flawless. I am also using Smart Defrag 2.8 and Malware Fighter 2.0 and have not had problems with the new windows defender. 8:) or anything else. All the IOBIT programs deliver the results I expect with no hassles.
