Hi Cicely & Enoskype Thanks, just little feedback, Start Menu 8 version 2 works great, just wish that in the settings there is Check For Update and About menu as well, so we can always sure that we're running the latest version, and know exactly which version we are running now Merry Christmas to great Iobit Teams.
  2. In addition, if I'm not wrong version 2.0.0.0 is the same version with the Beta?
  3. Dear Cicely Just to check with you, in CNET description, the version number is 2.0.1.172 while after download it was recorded as 2.0.0.0, which one is the correct one?

Dear Cicely Initially during the scan, it was discovered that I have 132 problems in the Active X and Components sections, 6 in the Shared Files sections, 2 in File Extensions section and 55 in Deep Scan section (screenshot1.png) However once the scan fully completed, it is only detected to have 57 errors, 2 in file extensions and 55 for deep scan (screenshot2.png) My question is, where the 132 problems in ActiveX and Components section and 6 in Shared Files section went missing? regards adrian

Registry Cleaner issue Dear Cicely I have another issue to report, actually I noted this issue ever since version 5 but didn't bother to report it since my systems is doing just fine, just hope this would contribute something to this wonderful project The problem is for the Registry Cleaner (using manual now) that they encounter some problems in my systems during scanning in the Activex and Component section (refer to attachment Screenshoot1 - in this case 133 Problems) But once the scanning completed and to begin the cleaning, the problems suddenly disappear and only noted 15 problems in the deep clean sections (refer to attachment Screenshoot2) Is it a bug? Was it happening to others as well or is it just my systems? I've done a complete reformat of my systems 1.5 year back and notice the problem persist before and after reformat of the system regards adrian
  7. Dear Cicely It takes around 2 minutes to complete scan, previously were done in slightly less (I can't tell, perhaps in 1.5 minutes range) FYI I regularly clean my registry using both CCleaner and Advanced System Care regards adrian
  8. It Works Now!!! Dear Cicely Thanks, it's working now, though I think the one in version 6.3 is faster though, but nevertheless this solutions get the job done

Registry Cleaner doesn't work Hi, I've been using Advanced System care ever since version 4, however only now I encounter that Registry Cleaner (in the toolbox tab) doesn't work It's started scanning, but then it stops even after I tried to leave it overnight any possible fix? Other than that doesn't encounter any other issue for this build thanks for the great job
