If you have a new threat to submit, or a threat which is not detected by S360. Please submit it to:

I have previously reported this to you as feedback but received nothing helpful in response. The following is the last scan report from IObit 360:
IObit Security 360
OS:Windows XP
Version:0.1.1.8
Time:6/26/2009 12:35:49 PM

I have contacted the folks at Registry Fix and they have said that they have attempted to contact you about this issue. They have assured me that their program contains no malware. I have tested for it with other prominent detection tools and yours is the only one that shows Registry Fix 7.1 to be rouge-ware. Please consider removing Registry Fix 7.1 from your list of malware. Otherwise, explain your rationale and justify why you categorized it as such. Thanks.

This is a correct detection and is a rogue program. Remove immediately

Ok, so im new to this forum and i was a huge fan of ASC and after finding out about the Securtiy 360 (i did one of the name submissions) i had to try it. So i have a few questions about the beta. One, when i go under protect, each protection says on, but when i click on it (was just experimenting :P) it shows blank white strips, is that supposed to be there?

Another i found, was under tools, all the tools in it look great, but im not able to open them or even click them, will it be released in an updated beta? Also, another thing that is almost like what i last said, on the status tab, there is the PC Security Analysis and it looks like there to be check boxes, tryed checking, didnt do anything, and also the check now, its greyed out just like in the tools, so it goes back to my last question, will this be coming out in a newer update? Thanks
All these features are to be added in later Beta's, so what you are experiencing is correct.
Except for those white stripes...

Hmm...Tim or any other developer can you shed any light on this error?

The tools are yet to be added 8)
Also, I am using Avira Security Suite and it says I am using Norton Internet Security. So some changes need to made.

Glad to hear it! But I guess my security package didn't leave anything for 360 to find. It all starts(or should I say-STOPS) with Avira baby!!
Haha. I use Avira Suite on family computer, but my sister will still find a way to infect it :-|

So far,so good.I'm very interested in the remainder of the functions to come. The only little thing I noticed during the scan was the "wording" Fx. "Scanning Unwanted Files" and "Scanning Malware" these should include the word "for" so it would be "Scanning for Malware".The scan was fairly quick, and the only detections were that 360 doesn't like that I keep my Secuity Center disabled, and it seems threatened by the set-up file for Spyzooka.Other than that, pretty much an everyday ordinary security utility.
It's detected some stuff on my family computer already. Done a really good job so far :-D
The other functions you can see in the Protect tab, and as for the wording. I agree it should be "for" :-P

Also, everyone remember:
The Top 10 Most Helpful Users Will Be Selected. Their names will be listed in the software

Most likely. :-P

If you have another AV installed on your system that may show up instead of the AV you are running :-?
How to report False Positive to us?

Hi there. Sometimes if you have transferred a malicious file or visited a malicious site which has replicated a small piece of it's malicious 'code', it can be stored in this temporary file. Once you exit the program however, it is immediately deleted and it poses no 'real' security risk to your computer.
