Hi, I have Smart Defrag 4.1 which I have downloaded both to my Dell PC and my Venue 8 Tablet.. Both systems are operating on Windows 8.1 at latest update.
The PC has an SDD as its boot drive and its where I keep my programs. Data is stored on an HDD with a HDD back up dis as well. When I run Defrag 4.1 on this computer all is very smooth and it correctly recognizes the SDD and runs the Trim utility.
For the Tablet though it does not recognize the drive as an SDD and wants to run the HDD defrag program.
Can you explain this behaviour and could you advise what to do with the tablet.

Having upgraded my tablet to Windows 10 Smart Defrag would not launch. i was prompted to reboot which I did then when I tried again I was prompted to update to 4.2 xdown loaded went 95% through install and was booted out. showed as instaaled but only frame of app shows. uninstalled, re installed same thing happened. Any Ideas?p
