i just did it again, restarted it, and it still doesnt work

it doesnt give me an error message or anything, when the file is done runnining it just turns off

do i also have to uninstall iobit window 8 bar or something

i have tried run administrator and that didnt even work, everytime i ran the file the same exact thing happend, then it closes, basicaly the file didnt work

i m srry, but i cant use charm bar because i cant update my computer because i cant use metro apps

i cant do that because pc settings is a metro app, and this problem happened a long time ago so i dont know which one

i need help, my metro apps dont work, i used a lot of the iobit and didnt realize when it happend, wen i click on any of the metro apps it just brings me to desktop, and i cant even go to pc settings to restart my laptop, i keep on adding the attachment u guys need, but it wont let me
