[Help with downloading and installing Advanced SystemCare Professional 13]

I have had Advance SystemCare for years. In fact I think as far back as 6! I had on my HP Laptop Windows 10 for a couple of years, no issue. Now I had to send my HP Laptop in for repairs and they wiped my laptop. No issue I thought I could get it right back on it. Well, no it won't even try to install! It goes as far as asking me if I want to let it do it.

Now I know that HP had to put the newest version of Windows 10 on my laptop because the version I had, isn't available any longer. I am wondering if that could be the cause.

that downloaded and installed without a issue. Why can't I get the Advance SystemCare 13 do it? Help please!

What I wish Malware Fighter 3 would clean and delete what is in the waste basket. Right now I have to use CCleaner on top of Malware Fighter 3.. So that would be a awesome add on. I also have Advanced SystemCare Ultimate so it would be great if they were one not two different products. And New skins! Black and Blue are boring!!
