    I am using Windows 7 64-bit, Avast anti-virus, and IOBit Advanced SystemCare 8.0 Pro. I am using an Intel I5 650 @3.20 Ghz desktop computer with an AMD Radeon HD 5770 graphics card. I also have a Western Digital WDC WD1002FAEX-009Y9A0 One Terabyte hard drive in this computer.

    This beta version of Smart Defrag 4 doesn't seem to work correctly for me. I always see the message "Move failed, the parameter is incorrect." for the file C:\$MFT. That error message always appears every time I look at the report after the files have been defragmented. C:\$MFT is the only file that can't be defragmented for some reason.
