Why since the update is there now a IMF.EXE file using all CPU? Why since update is other Anti malware detecting the surfing portion as Adware/PUP? And when you call Tech support are they difficult to communicate with and refuse to answer questions or give explanations? And why I am unable to get REAL assistance to resolve this issue? Further why have a call center in a country that can barely understand basic English?
