    Start up Info.exe System Error
    The program can't start because rtl120.bpl is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem

    Observations:

    I installed the beta version above yet still leaving asc 8.3 free installed. It was then that I encountered the above error in a screen prompt. Nothing showed in event viewer. I uninstalled the asc8.3 free version and the error disappeared.
