  4. Hi all, We can use this thread to post the language files for IObit Toolbox Final version in case anybody is interested in translating the English language file. You can find original language file "English.lng" (which can be opened by Notepad or Excel etc.) in content “tools\Language” of IObit Toolbox. All you need to do is translating the words to the right of “=”. (Note: Please do not translate "%s" or "%d".) Then post the translated language file "native language.lng" here or send it to IObit team feedback@iobit.com. Here are more details FYI. Cheers.

  8. Hi Mr Statto, Thanks in advanced.:-D After further investigation, we found they are 100% False Positive. They do will be solved in definition version 1246 about half an hour later. Sorry for the inconvenience and much thanks for your kindly feedback. Best Regards.
  9. hi Georgi, they are solved. please update your definition version to 1240. cheers.
  10. hi Georgi, thanks for your warmhearted feedback. the tawirepx.dll is proved as a FP, it will be solved soon. urmmm, how about the other one? thanks in advanced and expect your reply soon.
  11. hi Anonymous 1, MSVolume.dll is NOT an essential WINDOWS SYSTEM FILE. It is a malware that spreads by infecting Windows executable files via Windows security loopholes. When inside, MSVolume will drop corrupt msvolume.dll files into Windows registry and inundate the desktop with unsolicited pop ups. Typically MSVolume.dll is spread via unwanted spam emails, news groups, schat rooms and infected file sharing downloads. The MSVolume.dll malware is a high risk security infection! Either "completely remove even from Quarantine or just leave it there" is all right. Cheers.
  12. hi samtso, we saw the info you offered and the FPs will be resolved next db version 1212. thanks for your quick response. best regards.
  13. hi tindrak, well, we saw the webside you offered, and also think it mostly be a fp. however, would you please updload the openvpn.exe in your system to virustotal for sure that it has not been infected with unknown malware or something else. attach it to us also is welcomed. sorry for the trouble to you and thanks for your support to IObit. We will try our best to make our product better and better. best regards and cheers, friend.
  14. hi friends, here is a reference of solving the problem above: If you are running Vista then this is a false positive and should be added to the Ignore List. Even in XP this detection isn't actually malware, it's a setting that is often modified by malware to prevent changing the desktop settings. If you've removed it, then just restore it from quarantine and the next time you scan, just add it to the ignore list. BTW, if someone can not find it from quarantine any more, donot worry, you can navigate to here (u'd better somewhat comfortable with the registry): HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\NoActiveDesktopChanges change it back to 1 instead of 0. cheers
  15. hi chbimun, first of all, sorry for the Fp trouble with you. we saw the information u offered above. the System Requirements and dib.dll must be Fps and they had been solved in definitions version 1183. for the "Hijack.DisplayProperties, Registry Data", it is a new restriction correction , one that seems to be disabled on Vista by default. For now whitelist it and we will look into asap. Evidence Eliminator, which defined as rogue by us, it is fake privacy protection or rogue registry cleaner software. here for reference:http://www.411-spyware.com/remove-evidence-eliminator you would better remove it asap. however, if you really like it, put it into ignore list (not recommended). best regards
  16. hi CJK, sorry for the trouble with u. it had been solved in definitions version 1183. best regards.
  17. Hi, AlexP, Sorry for late reply. It do not hvae apparent harm to your PC. After our test, we found it has some trick behaviors. It checks out a lot null value registry or some thing inconsequential to tell the users: hey, you have so much problems!!! Some users , like you, will pay $$$ for its repairing. This is conventional trick of such misleading or fraudtools. So we define it as PHISH.FraudTool. By now, RegistryFix is considered a threat from 4 out of the 41 scanners ie a 9.76% threat in the virustotal site, but we believe the percentage will grow not a long time. The "Registry Easy" is the best example. Quote the words of leofelix, "However even if there are some very good and reputable registry cleaners available for free and you want still use "RegistryFix" you can put its files in IS 360 ignore list."It is also my truehearted suggestion. Best regards.
  18. hi westside_game, Sorry, the False Positives troubled you. however, please send the suspicious files to virustotal to make sure they do are false positives. (also you could PM to me) thanks a lot. best regards
  19. hello AlexP, first, please upload the file "PccScan.dll" to virustotal to make sure if it is a fp, and we will solve it as soon. much thanks. plus, please check out the judgment from WOT which is the wellknown Internet security website: htttp://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/RegistryFix.com if u have further more doubts, everyone on board would help. best regards
  20. fp hi, leofelix this FP has been solved, please update definition version of IS360 to 1139.
