If you refer to the clean install guidelines then you will understand that the built in uninstallers don't always work as they should and require additional attention... this is across the board to all softwares. Hi BazzaB... welcome to the Iobit forums! The download shouldn't take anywhere near that long considering all.(Majorgeeks is reliable, were you using the AUS node which is closest to you?). You may wish to see what your actual download speed is using this tool. This is not at all clear.:shock: ASC Version 6 would not interfere with your antivirus... so please explain this more fully. Hi cabogal! Enoskype is correct concerning the toolbox and a workaround.:-D You can always revert to the earlier version.;-) Using all the functions of ASC several times a day isn't advisable anyway. In addition... I tried to Copy/Paste my paid pro license into the beta just to see what would happen... Reluctant download... Hi jimbow86. As Iobit is aware of this, unfortunately all we can do is wait for this issue to be addressed. I agree that a beta should be able to run alongside the previous stable release. Your question on the other thread "is there a reason..." remains pertinent and unaddressed. I expect that the changes within ASC 6 and 5 are such that you cannot have both on your system... why... that is the question. The licensing issue I hope will soon be resolved as well.
