  1. Hi damlamarket2... welcome to the Iobit forums! English is the assigned language to this forum. By designating a forum to a single language, clarity is achieved... otherwise a worldwide forum would become chaotic and difficult to understand. Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper! EDIT: enoskype translation/enoskype çevirimi: Bu forum İngilizcedir. Forumda tek bir dil kullanılmasıyla netlik elde edilmiş olur... aksi takdirde, dünya çapında bir forum kaotik hale gelecek ve anlaşılması zorlaşacaktır.
  2. Hi richfela... welcome to the Iobit forums! Could you please elaborate on your suggestion?:?::?: Thanks! Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper!
  3. Hi! This is excellent feedback! The tools in the toolbox aren't identical to those in the CARE section. It also has to do with the software packaging as the toolbox is offered as an independant download as well. Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper!
  4. Hi nnorton737, I believe there are some adapted Iobit portable apps available if you look around on the Internet. Be sure you find one that is licensed by Iobit. Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper!
  5. Hey! That's my job!! I'm supposed to come along and confuse the lot of you!!
  6. I see now LuanBR... it is this one!!! Thanks! http://forums.iobit.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=10228&d=1343518137 Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper!
  7. Hi LuanBR, Start clicking and wake up! Be glad you have so many chances to click and choose your preferences! You can tailor this software to do exactly what you want it to. You can also just let it run and choose the max settings and end up re-formatting! Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper! P.S. Just my opinion!!!
  8. Hi RTexasF... welcome to the Iobit forums! This is an improvement... you have control! You should always review the scan results and be forced to choose what you wish to "fix" If you search the threads you will see damage can occur if you blindly fix all reported issues! ASC is a powerful tool! I personally would never wish such a tool to automatically make those decisions (concerning the damage done in the past!!) Look and search the threads here!! PLEASE Understand that you have volunteered to test ASC beta 6!!! Any damage to your system... you accepted when you clicked the "accept" button on the license page of ASC6 beta. Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper!
  9. I agree with Enoskype. The PRO version only unlocks some of the functions. The vast majority are already available in the free version. When you look at the tremendous amounts of softwares available you can see that the vast majority are in concord on this. To change it to "lite" would cause a loss in new subscribers and ultimately a loss of paid pro users. Not to mention all the world's cache of history with Iobit software downloads!! Besides... "free" still is and will probably always be a good incentive to try anything you are considering. "lite" is usually a less tasty food alternative but better for your health (at least in USA). "free" is only logical. Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper! P.S. If you have two alternatives and one is "lite" (light) would you not have to name the other "heavy" or "heavier"?? I would personally have concerns about upgrading to a "heavy" version of any software!!
  10. Thanks! Hi Norton737, Your suggestions are greatly appreciated by the developers I'm sure!:-D Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper!
  11. Hi Norton737 and StarPirate, I don't think you will have to wait long for it.:-D 1)ASC and ASC with AV will continue to be seperate softwares. 2)There is a driver updater already in the Iobit toolbox. 4)You can already cut off the auto care functions. 5)Not all users use the toolbox, so the main GUI is left as uncluttered as possible. 6)The Main GUI and the performance monitor GUI have both been updated and improved in the new version. I am unsure of point 3 as there is only the beta. Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper!

  13. This is a big deal if Iobit wants to successfully transition to a revenue generating stream concerning GB. If Iobit builds GB to tailor to the new paying customers... with newer machines... then GB will possibly leave behind 80% of its users??? Worldwide?? Unless a free version is still offered?? That supports the web online games that are available for free??? The issue KillMaster21 raises is pertinent. @ KillMaster21 I see that you are running Win 7. What is your hardware configuration? Sincerely, -Mel live long and prosper!
  14. Hi J maybury! As this problem mostly arises from around the globe in largely lawless circumstance... (or law not enforced) who are the authorities you would call??? Sure you can pin thir IP address down and all...maybe even their relative location... but who are you gonna call to go get them, lock them up, and prosecute them?? Not to mention the international political issues that governments form policy on. Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper!
  15. Its O.K. I am sure!!! To all forum members... The original posters hopefully will post back with their saved copies! The ones that they posted to begin with... a new beginning that is all!!! To all who have most generously translated the ASC with A/V ., please repost your good work!!! It is with brutal honesty, integrity, and openness that this has been posted by Enoskype!! It is no wonder that he is the senior member here!!! Thank you Hevesi János for bieing the first to post back!! Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper! P.S. You are a stone Enoskype... toughened and rounded as though tumbling down a river toward the sea. You are firm and substantial but roll with the times... You are true to your word and stand with integrity. A rock immovable is always moved. Thank you for all that you do!!!:-D:-D:-D Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper!
  16. Thank you for your dilligence! Thanks Sarakael!:-):-) Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper!

    curious

Hi Guys! I certainly don't roll dice but it seems that the number six is most likely to appear as it has more divots in it and that side of the die should have slightly less mass... (gravity will have more pull on the opposite side) thus six plus another number is more likely. If you roll doubles, six plus six should be the prevalent statistical dominance. The Side with one divot should statistically appear less often as it is the heaviest. The fact that the one and six are on opposite sides should (theoretically) enhance the likelihood that you would have a six instead of a one. Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper!

Another Curiosity from Titou! This is from another thread here... Titou didn't start the thread but he most certainly has continued it!! It is also most curious! It is a JPG image and there is no animation or movement! http://forums.iobit.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=9445&d=1328510859

    curious

Hi Titou! 12 turns into 13! 13 becomes 12! This is baffling. I am tired of watching it! I see a few abnormalities but the illusion persists!! Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper!
  20. Wow... I am running 2.2 and was not aware 2.3 was out there as my notification pop up does not occur!! I guess I had not noticed the update on the forum! I am curious as to why I get no notification now, as I was relying on it to let me know when to update!! I will examine my 2.2 before upgrading to 2.3! Thanks for being my pop-up notification Enoskype!! Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper!
  21. Hi glenlo! Your case seems to be different as you already have 2.2 installed. I suspect a bad install. Please try a clean install using these guidelines: http://forums.iobit.com/showthread.php?p=39220#post39220 and http://forums.iobit.com/showpost.php?p=42228&postcount=10. EDIT: Please see Enoskype's post below and my subsequent post! For some reason my pop-up notification is NOT working and I was relying on it!! (isn't that ironic that you want to disable the thing I was relying on!!):-D I am going to examine my 2.2 before I upgrade to 2.3! Hope this helps!:-D Sincerely, -Mel Live long and prosper! P.S. I think that users on this thread wish to be able to disable the update notification if they have SmartDefrag set to run on boot-up as they think it interrupts the boot process, and for whatever reason they don't wish to upgrade. I have no way to test this without re-installing an older version. I don't see how the notification would interrupt the boot, as it is only the result of one service that doesn't affect Windows!!
  22. No matter where you are... there is always a cloud in the sky.
  23. Hi christian14. Sounds like a bad install. Try a clean install. Completely remove 360, delete the program file manually, then reinstall. Details on how to do this can be found in the "Usage of Iobit Products" thread, linked in my signature. -Mel:-D
  24. TY Solbjerg! You are always a dilligent one!!!:-D -Mel
  25. Hi Chobbins! Please read the thread Usage of Iotbit products. The blue link in my signature will take you there. Chose the posts pertaining to Advanced SystemCare. -Mel P.S. You must change the settings in your Internet Explorer manually back to the way they were. Also, I'm curious as to which version of Explorer you are using? You should get version 8 as it is much more secure... you can find it by Googling Microsoft Download Center.
