I sent that as instructed, but someone named “Neon” only replied with how I should click the option to switch HDD to SSD. Not sure if they did anything with the debug info I attached.

Smart Defrag 5.8 does not recognize a certain drive correctly and will defragment by default instead of trim. It's a 256GB Toshiba SSD with model # THNSN5256GPU7. I am aware of the manual override but I hope this helps to add it to your automatic detection.
