All of my IOBit software products have gone bad

Strange header but this is what has happened.
ASC 11 Pro - has all the text missing, so not able to read it. Have removed it and have tried re-installing won't reinstall
IOBit Malware same thing all text missing - removed it now won't let me install
IOBit uninstaller same thing all text missing.
Please someone help, this only happened last night.
