IOBit should have a tool or component that should be capable of detecting hardware failures (or potential hardware failures) and if possible prevent them or provide a workaround or at least notify the user of what steps the user needs to do to fix such hardware problems

the forum/Iobit liaison is extremely helpful and I am sure she will sort out this issue for you. You may need to wait a few days, as it is the weekend and she may not see the post for a day or two.

The CLIENT has been tagged as PUA from time to time, but again, this is not a threat classification. And their support team will try contacting the antivirus company regarding this classification.

If you can, move to a different drive (or better yet delete) the most
fragmented files as noted on
the report that barcabod told you about.
that should reduce the space requirements & also do some of the work for
you.
I prefer perfect disk to O&O or diskkeeper... but only used in this way:
do an offline defrag first - no matter what it tells you to do.
then do a quick defrag only
then do a windows defrag.
-
moving the files around with VSS enabled will trigger the creation/expansion of a restore point, which will cause more fragmentation.
A very worrisome popup.

BTW I made this profile just to post about this because it has become such an issue in the past few months.
