    And please download the tool from https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/tools/InfoHelper.exe. Then double-click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder.

    Please send the zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip to feedback@iobit.com for further checking.

    Performance Monitor already has this feature. Please right-click any blank space on Performance Monitor to choose Settings, then check the option "Pin it up front".

    CPU usage doesnt match

    Hi

    Our technicians checked the issue again and found that the CPU usage algorithm of Performance Monitor is different from that of Task Manager.

    Please open Task Manager to see if the CPU usage displayed in Performance Monitor plus the System Idle Process usage in Task Manager is approximately equal to 100%. (The attached picture is for your reference.)

    Microsoft also has a tool  https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer. After start, there is a display of CPU usage in the lower left corner. Check whether it is the same as that of Performance Monitor.

    It seems something is abnormal.

    Well, it may take more resources when it is scanning your PC for a faster can. Thus, please scan your PC when it is idle and you can also set Low Priority in Scan options in Settings.

    Double click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click 'Save report'. 
    After it finishes, you will get a popup window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved d. Click the 'OK' button to open that saved folder.      Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into

    If it still failed to detect the threats as you mentioned, 

    Please tell us the name of the malware you mentioned. Then, we can collect the sample to let IMF can remove it in the future.

    To help you out of the issue, please kindly tell me which programs that you installed and used and then caused the issue you mentioned.

    Please also download  the tool from https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/db/debug/DBInfoHelper.exe, >> double click to run this tool>> click 'Save report to Desktop' >> find db_info_YYMMDD.zip on your desktop >> send us the zip file. We will analyze the file and look into the problem asap.
