Advanced SystemCare 14 PRO closes after a couple of seconds running

Hello,
I installed your SystemCare 14 PRO (the Czech CHIP edition) on my daughters PC. Everything worked fine last weeks. But yesterday she wanted to unpin the SC14PRO button from the task bar to get more space for hers often used apps. She didn't know that with shortcut unpin action from the taskbar the SC14PRO shortcut will be deleted from the PC completely. Frankly, till today I wasn't aware about this as well. In "panic" she uninstalled the SC14PRO using the standard Windows 10 program uninstall tool. Today I realized the issue with unpinning of shortcuts in windows and installed the special Czech CHIP version of SC14PRO again. I successfully registered the SC14PRO again in your server and run it. BUT: The SCX14PRO always closes after only a couple of seconds running... Doesn't matter what action I take. It closes even during PC analysing process. But obviously the SC14PRO is still running in the background - I can see the blue "C" icon on the task bar. I also checked the setup of the firewall Norton 360. All processes running for SC14PRO are allowed.
Please could you give me any hint what is wrong in this case?
