no i tried it as first thing. its not only keyboard not working. it is volume keys and on/off on the surface... i gave it up for now

I know but it doesnt, even IT guys dont have straight forward answer. It happen straight after install and run driver booster and advanced cleaner, how keyboard stop acting, but in blue service screen touch pad working. Volume hard keys +/_ and to put to sleep button not working , in fact same button work as on/off. Best if i send it to microsoft but not sure if is worth it... maybe it is a physical damage in hardware

No it dont work. There is no conflicts in device manager. all hardware work properly... but it doesn't. restoration don't cure and system restored milions times. 😞 thanks for reply anyway.

I think it is configuration changed by yours software and windows don't know that is installed on surface or something like that.. 😕

Hi i installed your software on my ms surface 3 and after i ran clean up and driver booster it broke the surface. Well not sure if it is physical damadge but attached keyboard stop working. ON/OFF and volume buttons don't work. Also AFTER RESET AND REINSTALL it doesn't work. Windows up to date. Bluetooth keyboard work but system is very slow and laggy so i cannot use it anymore. hope you can help.
