I think erasing a video file in the iFun Screen Recorder is erasing it without going through the trash bin(Like, using shift+delete).

The reason I think so is that I have never written anything on the drive that the file was on since I deleted it.

I'll try the one you recommended first, and if even the program can't find it, I'll just give up...

I mean, I didn't delete the file by putting it in the Trash bin. I accidentally erased it by pressing the iFun Screen Recorder's delete button. And since then, I haven't done anything on the drive. No matter how hard I think about it, it seems to erase files without going through Recycle Bin.

Undelete should find it even if it has been deleted from the trash bin (recycle bin).

Are you sure you know the name of the video.

The only other reason you may not be able to undelete it, is if it has already been overwritten. That will depend on how much

writing to disk you have done since you deleted the file, and how much free space you have on your disc.

If it is a very important file then you could try specialised software such as MiniTool Power Data Recovery.

In fact, I've already tried it.

However, when I looked at the scan results, I could see what I put and delete in the trash folder, but I didn't see the video I deleted by clicking the Delete button in the program.

Is the video permanently erased by clicking the delete button on the iFun Screen Recorder?
