[svchost.exe (netsvcs) does not let IObit Uninstaller to show any GUI]

I noticed by analyzing wait chain of Iobit Uninstaller that svchost.exe (netsvcs) keeps it waiting. How can i fix this?

Then cleaning the ram before you load it would help. But that would be a rare instance.

And the use of RAM clean is that it dumps other programs so that many programs may be running at the same time by dumping other programs,thereby making the program i am using faster?

And when i again open the applications which have been dumped and the check ASC's Performance monitor then again that program's RAM increases that means it again comes back to RAM from drivers?

Auto RAM Clean has a fixed frequency,it gets repeated after every 30 mins
But i want to change that time to 5 minutes
Is there any way to change it?

[IObit's products gets freezed and then on ending that task,and reopening it does not show any GUI]

Sometimes IObit's products like Software Updater,Screen Recorder gets freezed and then on ending that task,it closes
But when i again start the program it does not load any GUI
