Hey thanks for your message and I am glad it isn't IOBIT. I have tried a lot of suggestions on the internet. Yesterday I found this link with multiple steps: https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/fixed-windows-10-computer-turns-on-by-itself/ This was the best work instructional that I had found so far, but none the less, at exactly 2:35pm today, my personal laptop started right up. I sit in my home office working on my employer laptop, and my personal is to my right, so I was surprised that it did this (but hoping it would not start up). I bought my personal Dell M4500 laptop in January 2021 and I had it upgraded with WIN 10, and it works great. The start-up problem began this past April. Thanks again, I may have to take my laptop in for a BIOS check because I won't mess with this area.

Is this software the reason for restarting my computer every day? If so, I want it to stop NOW. Anyone have a solution to this problem? It never use to happen before I downloaded IOBIT software.

28 January 2022 I have three laptops, and one got "something" this past Monday. Upon opening IObit, Word, Excel, or anything, all texts is missing. Other problems are present such as slowing down of the processor so that the only option is a hard restart. An infection was caught by my older anti-malware software, StopZilla. I have a lifelong license so I keep it at this time. The company got recently sold but I use IObit these days unless this software picks up something. As you can see in one of the SZ screenprints, it was found but also purged. Could this be the problem? Not sure. I cannot run IObit because I cannot see the text. To Scannan, Thanks for the reply. I hadn't planned on doing anything, and my thoughts are the other software was wrong. The two drivers above were being listed as "ancient" and requiring updates. I have always liked IOBIT, which is why I came back. I bought this 2010 laptop in Feb from the orginal owner. I replaced the HD and updated all drivers. I use it only for eng and stat courses.

Until recently I used another type of driver update software and it was "ok" but not as good as IOBIT. Below, the driver updater software said that two drivers were out of date, but when I try to update these, nothing happens: 1. Intel Chipset SATA RAID Controller 2. Intel(R) Management Engine Interface __________________________________________ I am now using only IOBIT driver updater, but IOBIT does not show these two as requiring updates. How can I get IOBIT driver booster to update these two drivers? I own a Dell Precision M4500 laptop, dual-core. Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU M 640 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz RAM: 8.00 GB (7.86 GB usable) System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor _________________________________________ Thanks in advance.
