Good evening, I have just purchased Advanced SystemCare. Previously I had Advanced SystemCare Ultimate but my license ended. I had to install SystemCare (did not uninstall Ultimate) during this process. Now I can't enable the Antivirus Protection and I get a message that enabling it failed and to open Windows Defender to manually enable it (screenshot attached). In my Windows Defender, there is no mention of Advanced SystemCare at all (screenshot attached). Help please?
