iTOP products auto installs even when declined

iTop VPN, Screenrecorder and Screenshot installed itself. The only thing I did was click in iobit uninstaller to download the latest version. I didn't even start the installation process. I still haven't installed uninstaller 11. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING???
