    Ye i fixed the problem by ordering a new MOBO and CPU.... I'm speechless guys. I have said that I can't even boot to bios and you are telling me to launch some .exe things xD

    I can't boot into anything without being able to reach BIOS. Even if, USB are not powered up so no keyboard or mouse. Yes I have cd player and reset button.

    Step by step: I press power up button I can see that fans on CPU and GPU are starting to work LED on motherboard are lighting up too Nothing more happens, no video, no BIOS, no USB power

    Good question. Thats why im here. My motherboard doesn't power up USB ports. So i am unable to boot anything.

    Yea, so i used driver booster 8 to update many drivers at once. The first part (Device Drivers) went smooth. Installed all, restarted my pc, everything ok. The second part (Game Components) is where the fun begins. Downloaded all, program said to restart pc so i did. After this my PC cant boot even to BIOS, black screen, USBs are not powered. I went to computer service where i was told that motherboard and CPU are dead. Any ideas what went wrong and why is this program killing so many PCs? Best xmas present ever.
